All rising 10th and 11th grade students are encouraged to apply.

Counties will conduct delegate selection process to select a team of four youth and one adult.
County Team will be announced by June 15th.

County Teams will meet and complete Delegate Preparation Packet

Coordinate county group for attendance and transportation to event as well as follow up on pre-conference delegate assignments.
