We'd like to thank all of the Summit participants for the work they did preparing for the Summit and for developing solutions to address the issues facing their communities. We hope that you will work to implement the projects you developed and make your communities a better place.

To get a copy of your county's plan, please select the appropriate file below, browse to your county and print the appropriate pages.

If you want to extract your county's plan from the rest of the document you will need Adobe Acrobat (available here).

Click on “Documents” then “Extract Pages”, enter the two pages of the document you want, select “Extract Pages as Separate Files”. Then you can save just those two pages as a new document.

If your team turned in your County Action Plan, but do not see it in the above documents, please contact Mr. Jeff Buckley at the State 4-H Office.
