We'd like to thank all of the Summit participants for the work they did preparing for the Summit and for developing solutions to address the issues facing their communities. We hope that you will work to implement the projects you developed and make your communities a better place.
The County Action Plans and Logic Models that were turned in at the Summit have been converted to pdf files.
To get a copy of your county's plan, please select the appropriate file below, browse to your county and print the appropriate pages.
If you want to extract your county's plan from the rest of the document follow these simple instructions. You will need Adobe Acrobat.
Click on “Documents” then “Extract Pages”, enter the two pages of the document you want, select “Extract Pages as Separate Files”. Then you can save just those two pages as a new document.
